A special-effects technician working on the new “Batman” movie in England was killed in an on-set car accident, police said yesterday. The man died when his 4×4 vehicle crashed into a tree during a dummy film run involving the “Batmobile” Monday afternoon. “The Dark Knight,” starring Christian Bale as Batman and Heath Ledger as the Joker, is due for release next year.
