Back in the states for a brief respite from writing and drawing comics like the Meltcast-approved Peepo Choo, we have an extensive and energetic chat with Felipe about being a foreigner in Japan, and the life of a working artist in the high-pressure manga industry. Also, Felipe gives us an on-the-ground view of Tokyo after the earthquake and tsunami.
