New Yorks premiere 8bit rock band ANAMANAGUCHI plays MELTDOWN COMICS, TONIGHT! Using a hacked gameboy and NES to play on top of live rock n roll, these guys put on a hell of a show. Ananmanaguchi also wrote all the music for the Scott Pilgrim vs The World video game, as well as the intro music used for the NERDIST PODCAST, and numerous original songs for G4tvs WEB SOUP. This Friday night at Meltdown Comics, Comics on Comics and First Edition are going to throw a Comic-Con International Wrap Party!
The Comics on Comics crew will be on hand to screen all of our Comic-Con footage from the show floor and special highlights from TWO episodes taped at the convention!
First Edition, the new web series already being called “The Guild for comics” will also debut the first two episodes with the cast and crew on hand!

Jane Wiedlin, one of the world’s greatest songwriters and a deadly talent of the stage. Jane is a megafan of genre fiction and has brought her terrifying intellect and rock bonafides to bear in the creation of her new comic LADY ROBOTIKA from Image Shadowline. Jane will be signing her comic and performing a short live set in the Melt Gallery. Be sure to ask her to tell stories about the days when the Tropicana used to be a live music venue. Hair-holding hilarity for all!
