Once upon a long time ago, a crazy Englishman (that would be Mr Bisley) and a goofy American (that would be Mr Eastman) were on a trip to Japan to work on a video game for Capcom.

After the ten days of work were completed in Nagoya, the weary two traveled down to Tokyo to visit with their wonderful agents, Rick and Yumiko of JEA, who wanted to introduce them to a few of the many talented artists and visionaries there. There were many, and their skills were epic. One they were quite fond of, Hitoshi “Chuck” Miyata, took them to his world famous “Xenn Studio” and showed them one of his favorite projects—a series of two and a half minute long flash animated cartoons called (translated) “Eyebrow Tuna!”
