Join hosts Tyler and David for a night of comedy, movie talk and free beer but not necessarily in that order. Special guests this time around include Jim Bruce (The Paul Goebel Show), Michelle Biloon (Walking with Michelle), James Adomian (Last Comic Standing) and Matt Champagne (Angel, Will & Grace).

Since December, 2007 ”Comics and Comics” has been entertaining crowds at Meltdown Comics and Collectibles in Hollywood with the nerdiest, geekiest stand-up comedy imaginable. While not the first or the only stand-up show performed in a comic book shop, “Comics and Comics” is unique in that the material presented within the show covers topics of interest to people who would be patronizing such a store to begin with: comic books, movies, videogames, role-playing, action figures, etc. The show was created by stand-up veteran Tom Franck who books comedians who are not only the finest working today, but who have the geek street cred appropriate for the show. Franck himself can claim the ultimate nerd comedian status as an appearance in Green Lantern 143 labeled him as the top comedian in the DC universe. Continue reading »
