TERMS AND CONDITIONS...................................... DOMESTIC ORDERS We only accept payments through Paypal. We will not accept payment by credit card directly although you may use a credit card-based Paypal account. All Paypal orders MUST BE VERIFIED and have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS. We use FedEx Ground Service for shipping within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Deliveries to residential and commercial addresses will arrive within 1-6 days of shipping date. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distances and may vary. Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days. Signature upon delivery is required. ....................................... All orders outside the 50 United States and Canada are considered International Orders. Purchases can be made through International Money Orders orPaypal. All Paypal orders MUST BE VERIFIED and have a CONFIRMED EMAIL ADDRESS. Please email us a list of the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a Paypal invoice. The same process will be used for money orders with the understanding that we will not ship the items until your payment has cleared. International Orders may be subject to Customs and Import Duty Tax. Meltdown, Inc. is not responsible for these fees. ....................................... IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED If your shipment is visibly damaged, we will offer and exchange immediately upon review of the product. In order to do this, you must email us (please include pictures of damage, if possible) at staff@meltcomics.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Place this number on the outside of the return package. We will review the case with FedEx for faulty shipment and then send you (a) new replacement item(s) once we receive FedEx's ruling. ....................................... | NOTE TO BOOK BUYERS: All books sold from the Meltdown online store will come wrapped in our very own extremely festive Meltdown wrapping paper to accentuate and expedite the gift giving process. There is no additional charge for the wrapping paper and you can decline the wrapping paper by selecting "No thank you" under the Gift Wrap option (but only if you are a comics reading tree hugger...) |
